We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Audi Q7 from Audi Sugar Land this month. Our sales associate Nick Infante made the experience easy and fun and was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable of all our options and was always available to answer any questions we had during the sales process. He had a lot of patience, and made sure we got the exact car and features we wanted. We had to wait for our car to arrive at the port of Houston and he kept us up to date regularly during that time. He arrange for my car to be detailed and to be on the private show room floor with a big red bowl with a card on the rear mirror that said my name it was very thoughtful of him. This Audi Sewell dealership operates like unmatched surgical precision. Straight to the point. No pressure or pushback. My sales person was Brody. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely respectful of my requests. It was the fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had! For example: you know that moment (in most dealerships), when you hand them the keys to your existing so they can get its appraisal value. Then it’s followed by a sinking feeling of regret, that you are about to be held “hostage” and never given your keys back until you give into high pressure sales tactics? That does NOT happen here. They respect your time and don’t make you sit there for hours while they “pretend to cut deals in the manager’s office.” The manager does come and professionally introduce himself at the same time, he trusts his salesman to do his job so there is no need to crowd and hover over you. It’s so refreshing and enjoyable. The building is beautiful, clean, organized, and comfortable. They have extra special attention to details that really give you that VIP experience. You get a tour of the facility, the service area (that is incredible). When I picked up my car, it was all detailed and had been pulled into the building with a big red bow on top for pictures. Next, you go through what I call “Audi School” and Brody walks you through every single button and feature “how to use” etc. It’s more than just “upgrading” to a new car, at this point you have just graduated into the Audi Afterlife, what dreams are made of! *****Amazing Service***** I am not much into writing reviews unless I am just blown away by something. Sewell Sugar Land Service Department is far and away the best service department I have ever dealt with. From start to finish the team over there exceeded my expectations. From drop off, to loaner car, to repairs, to pick up I was impressed with the communication and workmanship on the repairs. Jacob was there for me from start to finish. Sam Calderon, the service manager, reached out hours after I picked up the car to make sure I was completely satisfied. My sales manager, Matt saw me in the lobby and came to check on me. He had encouraged me to purchase the upgraded service and protection plan on the vehicle and though I was reluctant, I did it and just months into ownership, it has nearly paid for itself. Matt was happy to remind me of that. :) In closing, I will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else other than Sewell Sugar Land.
